NGCC5 LLC | Investor overview

Pion is the first product. NGCC5 is the investment.

NGCC5 is developing a platform company around measurable client value and reusable technology. The near-term focus is Pion: a governed operational command product for managed service providers and infrastructure teams.

Pion is in development. The current proof point is an authorization and evidence workflow demonstrated with sample data.

The investment thesis

Turn client value into a repeatable business

NGCC5's near-term opportunity is to establish Pion as a useful operational product for customers who carry the cost of fragmented investigation, coordination, and closeout.

The longer-term opportunity is to retain and reuse the capabilities that each successful deployment validates. Company value depends on commercial execution, efficient delivery, and disciplined development of additional products.

Prove the client outcome

Establish measurable value in a defined operating environment and understand what customers will pay to continue using it.

Make delivery repeatable

Standardize the integration, onboarding, support, and evidence needed to serve additional customers efficiently.

Reuse what has been validated

Carry useful connectors, policies, workflows, tests, and evidence contracts into later products where they fit.

The NGCC5 structure

One company. A focused first product. A foundation for growth.

NGCC5 LLC is the company behind Pion. The strategy begins with solving an operational problem customers value, then retaining the capabilities that can support additional products.

NGCC5 LLC

The platform company developing the product portfolio and directing its commercial and technical priorities.

Pion

The first product, focused on governed operational command for managed service providers and infrastructure teams.

EALAI

The planned reasoning layer within Pion. It is intended to explain conditions and prepare actions while authorization remains governed.

AIOP

The intended reusable platform foundation for context, policy, connectors, workflow, evidence, and verification.

Pion brings the client workflow into one product. EALAI and AIOP are intended to support its reasoning and platform architecture as those capabilities are implemented.

Client value and company value meet in adoption

A client needs an operational improvement that justifies its total cost. An investor needs evidence that NGCC5 can deliver that improvement repeatedly and capture part of its value through a sustainable commercial model.

  • Client value to establish

    Less manual effort and disruption

    Potential value to NGCC5

A stronger reason to purchase and renew

    Evidence connecting them

Measured outcomes, total cost, and willingness to continue

  • Client value to establish

    Controlled actions and usable records

    Potential value to NGCC5

Differentiation in environments with demanding operating requirements

    Evidence connecting them

Accepted controls and useful evidence in a real workflow

  • Client value to establish

    Predictable deployment and support

    Potential value to NGCC5

Lower delivery cost and the potential for stronger margins

    Evidence connecting them

Onboarding time, integration effort, and support cost per client

  • Client value to establish

    Additional scope supported efficiently

    Potential value to NGCC5

Expansion revenue within existing customer relationships

    Evidence connecting them

Paid expansion and sustained client results

Our commercial plan connects measured client improvement with adoption, renewals, and expansion, while tracking the cost of delivery.

Planned commercial model

A commercial path that begins with a defined customer

The proposed model is recurring software licensing for an agreed operating scope. A bounded pilot would establish the business case before broader adoption. Pricing, implementation responsibilities, and support scope would be set during commercial discussions.

Initial customer

Managed service providers coordinating multiple client accounts, sites, and service records, alongside infrastructure teams with costly cross-system coordination.

Initial purchase decision

An operations or service leader identifies a costly workflow, supported by a technical owner and the person responsible for the budget.

Expansion within an account

Additional sites, assets, integrations, or workflows would be evaluated when the first scope demonstrates value. Expansion terms would be agreed with the client.

Commercial milestones

Evaluate pilot-to-contract conversion, contract value, onboarding effort, recurring delivery cost, retention, and expansion as commercialization advances.

The initial growth plan combines expansion within validated client accounts with additional customers that have similar operating requirements.

What can be evaluated today

The current build demonstrates an authorization and evidence workflow using a simulated operational estate. The distinction between implemented controls, simulation, and future integration is part of the product explanation.

Implemented

Implemented controls

The current demonstration includes requester and approver separation, allowed roles, a required decision reason, decision records, and closeout evidence packages.

Simulation

Operational demonstration

Navigation, device conditions, recommended analysis, and recovery examples use sample data or simulation. They do not establish a connection to a live client estate.

Not yet implemented

Work still required

External connectors, live device actions, production identity integration, and the EALAI reasoning integration are not built in this stage.

Planned

Later capabilities

Predictive Digital Twin models and external evidence anchoring remain future work. Their presence in the product design is not a claim of current availability.

What the evidence package proves

A closeout package records the demonstrated decision and evidence chain. It does not prove a live device change, production identity integration, or production readiness. A same-database hash chain detects accidental corruption and unsophisticated edits. It does not survive an adversary who can rewrite the whole table and rehash. Real tamper evidence needs an external anchor — next stage.

Our next development and commercial milestones

Our proposed sequence moves from a connected operational workflow to measured client value and repeatable delivery. Each stage has defined acceptance conditions.

  1. 01

    Demonstrate a connected operating scope

Implement the required connectors, production identity, and governed execution controls, then verify the selected workflow against its acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Demonstrate client value

Run a bounded evaluation with a documented baseline, agreed measures, and a review of benefit, full cost, and operating burden.

  3. 03

    Demonstrate repeatability

Use a second implementation to test which integration and support work can be reused, then measure the cost of delivery and continuing service.

Milestone timing depends on scope, resources, integrations, and validation. Discuss the current development plan with NGCC5 as part of the investment conversation.

AIOP connects the first product to the broader strategy

AIOP stands for Autonomous Intelligent Operations Platform. It is NGCC5's intended reusable foundation for domain products. The economic objective is to avoid recreating useful common capabilities for each new application.

Common capabilities

Identity and scope, policy, connectors, workflow, evidence, and verification are candidates for reuse as they are implemented and validated.

Domain-specific work

Terminology, assets, information sources, approval rules, user needs, and operating requirements still need to be designed for each market.

The economic test

Evaluate engineering work retained, integration effort avoided, tests reused, and new work required. The objective is to improve the economics of delivering each subsequent product.

The roadmap carries this approach forward: validate capabilities in Pion, then assess their fit and economic value in each new domain.

Company roadmap

Pion first. Future platforms follow a defined purpose.

NGCC5's roadmap places healthcare after Pion and Teaching/Training later. Each proposed expansion will be evaluated against customer demand, available resources, and the capabilities already validated.

  • Platform

    Pion

    Purpose

Governed operational command for IT and operational technology.

    Stage and decision conditions

In development. Establish connected capability, measured client value, and repeatable delivery.

  • Platform

    Healthcare

    Purpose

A planned environment for healthcare-related collaboration, knowledge sharing, and governed research participation.

    Stage and decision conditions

Planned after Pion; not built in this stage. Validate the specific user need, privacy requirements, partners, and reusable capabilities.

  • Platform

    Teaching/Training

    Purpose

Interactive learning using curriculum, reasoning, application, and demonstrated understanding.

    Stage and decision conditions

Planned for roughly year five, after Series A funding; not built in this stage. Progress depends on validated learning needs and the resources required.

The planned healthcare platform focuses on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Pion's intended role in a hospital is support for its IT and operational infrastructure.
