Governance is the difference between assistance and operational authority.
EALAI may analyze and recommend continuously. It does not receive blanket authority to change systems. Device-level execution remains controlled by the client's role model, action class, risk threshold, safety requirements, approval path, and audit policy. This allows the intelligence layer to be powerful without becoming uncontrolled.
The user experiences clarity and control. EALAI absorbs the complexity of correlation, evidence assembly, workflow continuity, documentation, and policy enforcement.
