Distributed operations carry the same problem in more places at once: a condition somewhere in the estate, a responsible device under it, an action that needs authority before it happens, and a record that has to survive the question of who decided what.
Market-specific configurations address terminology, data sources, assets, risk thresholds, regulations, safety requirements, and reporting. This allows geographic and industry expansion without rebuilding the operating model for every new client.
