The order for development is Healthcare platform and then Learning/Training, with Learning/Training coming in roughly the 5th year, after the valuation funding (A) Round capital investment.— NGCC5, 2026-09-09. Nothing of this platform is built in this stage. What follows is NGCC5's description of it, as written. The platform in build is Pion.
Built using NGCC5’s Autonomous Intelligent Operations Platform (AIOP), the platform combines profile-based networking, collaborative communication, topic-based communities, privacy-preserving discovery, governed data collection, and EALAI-assisted information validation.

The NGCC5 Healthcare Platform brings those participants into a shared environment where each authorized participant can create a profile appropriate to their role, interests, services, and privacy preferences.

A member can search using descriptive, de-identified keywords related to a medical topic, research area, service need, professional capability, patient-support interest, or organizational objective.
Based on the search criteria and applicable privacy controls, the system can identify potentially relevant profiles and send blind invitations to connect. The recipient can decide whether to accept the invitation before additional profile information or communication access is made available.
This creates a way to discover relevant connections while reducing unnecessary exposure of identities, private search activity, and sensitive information.

EALAI-Assisted Information Validation
EALAI provides an intelligent information-validation layer for both personal searches and shared content.
When medical information is searched, posted, or shared between users, EALAI can examine:
- Source provenance
- Author or organization identity
- Supporting references
- Date and relevance of the information
- Whether claims are supported by reliable sources
- Whether statements appear incomplete, disputed, or unsupported
- Whether additional review may be required
EALAI can flag information that lacks supporting evidence, identify conflicting claims, and distinguish between sourced information, personal opinion, preliminary research, and content requiring further review.
The goal is not to prevent discussion. The goal is to help participants recognize the difference between supported information and information that should be treated cautiously.
EALAI does not replace clinicians, peer review, institutional review boards, research governance, or professional medical judgment.

The platform tracks eligible interactions, communications, content relationships, search activity, participation, and other governed data that can support research and analysis.
Where appropriate permissions, consent, de-identification, security controls, and governance requirements are satisfied, eligible data can be prepared for transfer to a data lake repository.
